Na maioria dos desenhos de engenharia, esse padr\u00e3o padr\u00e3o \u00e9 derivado da ISO 2768, uma norma internacional que se invoca com uma \u00fanica nota no bloco de t\u00edtulo, como ISO 2768-mK. Essa \u00fanica refer\u00eancia define o desvio permitido para cada caracter\u00edstica de comprimento, di\u00e2metro, \u00e2ngulo e forma sem toler\u00e2ncia na pe\u00e7a, o que mant\u00e9m o desenho organizado e elimina as suposi\u00e7\u00f5es que, de outra forma, levariam cada oficina a interpretar dimens\u00f5es imprecisas de maneiras diferentes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">As tabelas abaixo apresentam os valores completos da norma ISO 2768 para dimens\u00f5es lineares, raios e chanfros, \u00e2ngulos e caracter\u00edsticas geom\u00e9tricas, em mil\u00edmetros. Utilize-as para interpretar um desenho, para escolher a classe adequada para um novo projeto e para evitar o h\u00e1bito dispendioso de restringir toler\u00e2ncias que n\u00e3o precisam ser t\u00e3o restritas. Na Alemanha, ela tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 publicada como DIN 7168. A norma \u00e9 composta por duas partes que funcionam em conjunto:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span><b>ISO 2768-1<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> estabelece toler\u00e2ncias gerais para dimens\u00f5es lineares e angulares, incluindo comprimentos, di\u00e2metros, passos, raios externos, alturas de chanfro e \u00e2ngulos. Oferece quatro classes: fina (f), m\u00e9dia (m), grossa (c) e muito grossa (v).<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 \u00a0 <\/span><b>ISO 2768-2<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> define toler\u00e2ncias geom\u00e9tricas gerais para retid\u00e3o, planicidade, perpendicularidade, simetria e excentricidade circular. Oferece tr\u00eas classes: H, K e L, sendo H a mais precisa.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Aplica-se a pe\u00e7as fabricadas por usinagem de remo\u00e7\u00e3o de material, como fresagem, torneamento, perfura\u00e7\u00e3o e retifica\u00e7\u00e3o, bem como a pe\u00e7as de chapa met\u00e1lica. N\u00e3o se aplica a toler\u00e2ncias de rosca, rugosidade de superf\u00edcie ou qualquer dimens\u00e3o que j\u00e1 tenha sua pr\u00f3pria toler\u00e2ncia explicitada, uma vez que uma Na norma ISO 2768-mK, as letras min\u00fasculas <\/span><b>m<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00e9 a fonte linear de tamanho m\u00e9dio da Parte 1, e a mai\u00fascula <\/span><b>K<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u00e9 a classe geom\u00e9trica m\u00e9dia da Parte 2. Assim, uma dimens\u00e3o de 25 mm sem toler\u00e2ncia em um desenho conforme a norma ISO 2768-mK tem uma toler\u00e2ncia de \u00b10,2 mm, pois 25 mm se enquadra no intervalo de 6 a 30 da coluna m\u00e9dia.
